NSS Charter announces the opening of a new base in the Caribbean with departures from the island of Guadeloupe, at the Marina Bas du Fort in Point-à-Pitre. The choice of this port meets the need to offer clients a tropical destination that is easily accessible from Europe, with simple travel procedures and no bureaucratic complications. Guadeloupe is a French overseas territory and uses the euro, a factor that makes holiday planning more straightforward for European travelers. The island is served by direct flights from Paris and additional connections with stopovers from major European cities. The average flight time is around eight to nine hours. The opening of new direct connections from other European airports is currently being evaluated by airlines, further expanding access options throughout the year.

Our catamarans in Guadeloupe
The new base will operate year-round and will offer a fleet consisting of the Lagoon 55 The Moon, Lagoon 620 The Sun, Lagoon 60 Montecristo, two Lagoon 42s and two Lagoon 46s. These are modern catamarans, equipped with generous spaces and services that ensure high levels of comfort and a superior sailing experience.

Our new charter base in the Caribbean
Marina Bas du Fort is one of the best-equipped nautical infrastructures in the Caribbean and is located just a few minutes by taxi from the international airport Pôle Caraïbes. Its location allows guests to board quickly after arrival and start sailing immediately towards nearby islands. The Guadeloupe archipelago offers numerous itineraries, with calm waters, well-protected anchorages, and distances suitable both for those seeking short cruises and for those who prefer longer sailings.
The itineraries we offer
From here it is possible to reach Les Saintes, considered among the most picturesque bays in the region. Terre-de-Haut offers one of the most iconic panoramas in the Caribbean, and a stop allows visitors to explore Fort Napoléon and go ashore for a seaside lunch. Continuing towards Marie-Galante, you encounter an island known for its rum distilleries, white-sand beaches, and the relaxed atmosphere that characterizes its small villages and plantations. Sailing along the coast of Basse-Terre allows you to discover wilder bays, seabeds rich in marine life, and stretches of coastline immersed in tropical vegetation. The Malendure area is the gateway to the Cousteau Reserve, one of the most popular diving sites in the Caribbean.
Guadeloupe also represents a strategic starting point for sailing towards the Leeward Islands. With the right conditions, it is possible to reach Saint Martin, Antigua and Barbuda, and other harbors in the archipelago, expanding itinerary options for crews wishing to explore multiple islands in a single holiday.
